Professional Development
Ruby on Rails: Involved in several projects to upgrade applications from Rails 6 to 7 and 8, while continuing to develop my own apps using The Ruby Way R&D. This side focus allows me to stay current with the latest Rails releases and contribute to our organization's tech stack.
AI/LLM Integration: As team manager, I've been leading efforts to integrate AI/LLM technologies securely, focusing on best practices such as OWASP LLM Top 10, good prompt design, and AI guardrails. These initiatives help ensure our team stays ahead of the curve in this rapidly evolving space keeping in mind the Augmentation of the Developer intent and never replacing the thinking.
